Provisional bookings
will only be held for 7days.
A booking will only be considered firm when the reservation
deposit has been received and when we have confirmed the
booking.
5% GST (Goods
and Service Tax) will be added.

DEPOSIT:
(All amounts quoted are in Canadian Funds.)
A deposit of 25% is
required at the time of booking.
A further 25% is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Balance due in FULL 28 days prior to arrival.

- Cash , Cheque or Money Order..
- Paypal accepted: Canadian funds add 4%,
International monetary exchange add 5%

BALANCE:
The balance is due
28 days prior to your arrival by postdated cheque, cash,
paypal or interac email.
The owners reserve
the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received
by these dates.
CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation of a booking is subject to the following
cancellation charges:
- More than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date - $20 administration
fee.
- Between 4 and 8 weeks prior to your arrival date - 50%
of the total rental cost.
- Less than 28 days prior to your arrival date 100% of
the total rental cost.
A full refund, less the administration fee of $20 will
be issued, should we be able to re-book the unit for the
same time period.
ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE:
Arrival at the property (unless otherwise advised) should
be after 4.00 pm local time. *
The property must be vacated by 11.00 am
on the day of departure. *
* Earlier check-in
/ later check out, dependant on departure / arrival of other
guests.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
As this is our private residence please treat the property,
it's furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities
with respect.
We understand that accidents do sometimes happen and we
hope that you will inform us of any such incident in order
that the damaged property may be repaired or replaced. We
ask that guests make good, or pay for any loss or damage.
The property must not be used for anything other than
accommodation. Large social gatherings, parties or the like
are strictly forbidden.
PARTIES TO THE
CONTRACT
Contract is between
the property owners and the party leader accepting the conditions
on behalf of all persons using the residence, including
those substituted or added by agreed amendment of the booking.
A contract exists
when you have paid a deposit and we have accepted and confirmed
your booking.
The applicant accepts
these conditions on behalf of all the members of the party.
No pets
are allowed in the accommodation. ( Due to family allergies
)
No smoking
is allowed inside the residence. (Outside permitted)
FORCE MAJEURE
:
The owners of
the property or their servants or agents will not be liable
for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following:
Strikes, Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities,
War, or threat of War, Terrorist Activity, Closure of Airports,
weather, road closures, or any other event beyond the owners
control.
