Provisional bookings will only be held for 7days.
A booking will only be considered firm when the reservation
deposit has been received and when we have confirmed the
booking.
All prices are fully inclusive of utilities.
13% HST (Government
Tax) will be added.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of
25% is required at the time of booking. 8 weeks prior to
arrival - additional 25%.
Bookings made within
8 weeks of arrival require 50% deposit.

BALANCE:
The balance is
due 2 weeks prior to your arrival by postdated cheque, cash
Interac email money transfer, or paypal.
The owners reserve
the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received
by these dates.
DAMAGE
AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $200 Security
and Damage deposit must be paid prior to arrival. The owners
reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not
received by these dates.
This deposit will
be returned as soon as possible when a complete inspection
has been done to the condo and providing there has been
no damage or other cause such as excess clean up. It will
also be held as a security deposit in the event that our
contract is broken regarding excessive noise or partying.
CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation of a booking is subject to the following
cancellation charges:
- More than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date - $20 administration
fee.
- Between 2 and 8 weeks prior to your arrival date - 50%
of the total rental cost.
- Less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date 100% of
the total rental cost.
Balance is
due 4 weeks prior to first arrival date.
A refund, less
the administration fee of $20 will be issued, should we
be able to re-book the condo for the same time period.
ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE:
Arrival at the property (unless otherwise advised) should
be after 4.00 pm local time.
The property must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure.
CLEANING:
The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after
you have departed.
Although the property
will be cleaned after your departure please leave it in
an orderly state,
please load and
turn on the dishwasher before you leave.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
As this is our
private condo please treat the property, it's furniture,
fittings, utensils and other facilities with respect.
We understand that
accidents do sometimes happen and we hope that you will
inform us of any such incident in order that the damaged
property may be repaired or replaced. We ask that guests
make good, or pay for any loss or damage.
The property
must not be used for anything other than accommodation.
Large social gatherings, parties or the like are strictly
forbidden. For the safety and security of occupants
there are regular security patrols of the area.
Some age restrictions apply. Family groups preferred.
PARTIES TO THE
CONTRACT:
Contract is between
the property owners and the party leader accepting the conditions
on behalf of all persons using the condo, including those
substituted or added by agreed amendment of the booking.
A contract exists
when you have paid a deposit and we have accepted and confirmed
your booking.
The applicant accepts
these conditions on behalf of all the members of the party.
The maximum number
of guests in the condo is eight (8) with the condition that
all persons sleep in the bedrooms/beds provided.
No pets are allowed
in the accommodation.
No smoking is allowed
inside the condo.
FORCE MAJEURE:
The owners of
the property or their servants or agents will not be liable
for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: Strikes,
Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities, War, or threat of
War, Terrorist Activity, Closure of Airports, weather, road
closures, or any other event beyond the owners control
